If you are not 100% satisfied with the book that you purchased, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another book.

To return an unwanted non-defective book, it must be:

We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance, as we cannot give you a refund if we do not receive the item, or if it becomes damaged in transit. Also, ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number, so that Armchair can process your return as quickly as possible.
Once we have received your return book and it has been cleared by Armchair Quality, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement or an exchange.
It’s important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that the book is undamaged and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if books are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
If an incorrect book is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the book you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the book from you, and we’ll deliver the correct book to you as quickly as possible.
Please don’t remove the book from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team on 087 012 5060 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We do our best to ensure that the books we deliver to you are in perfect condition. If you’ve received a book with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly replace the exact book at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement book is not available, your account will be credited.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any replacement or credit: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.
Speed of service is very important at Armchair. If your item is in stock, it's often ready to be dispatched within a couple of hours. Because of this, it is vital to double-check your order before it's submitted.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes and occasionally you may want to amend an order. If this is the case, use the form on our Contact Us page, sending us as much information as you can so that we can do our best to help.
In the event of dispatched items being delayed or lost in the post, we will offer a replacement or refund. However, item(s) are sometimes delayed in transit, something that is out of our control.
Because of this, we ask you to wait a set time after the date of dispatch, outlined in our dispatch confirmation, before contacting us about your item(s).
