Orders

Yes, you can cancel your order while it is In Progress, before it ships from our warehouse or distributor. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped – you may reject delivery when the driver arrives to deliver your parcel or accept delivery and request a return for the product.

If your cancelled order is paid by card, we will refund the card used for payment within 2 days and notify you. If you paid via InstantEFT, you will be refunded to a store credit voucher via your Armchair Books profile. You can either use the store credit to make a new purchase or request a refund into your bank account.

Depending on the method of payment, the refund could take up to 10 working days to reflect back into your bank account.

If your order has been shipped, kindly reject the delivery of the shipped order once you are contacted by our delivery agent. Our Customer Loyalty Team may be able to stop the delivery, dependent on who is delivering your parcel and how far it is in their delivery network.

  • Debit card: VISA & Mastercard (must be 3D Secure enabled)
  • SnapScan
  • Instant EFT through Payfast
  • Mobicred
